I can't speak for the EB410, but I have used the MIP pucks in both my TLR22-3.0 and Schumacher CAT K2... both cars gained roughly 0.3-0.5 sec/lap faster lap times, you feel it more on acceleration and it's easier to clear jumps with a shorter ramp up... if you're more than a lap off pace, then it's probably not worth the upgrade, but if you're in the mix, then it might be worth considering. Be prepared to replace bent shafts too, the softer aluminum shaft is more likely to bend in a nasty crash and if you run the plastic pucks that come with the system, you'll want to clean/inspect them after every run... plan to replace the pucks every couple of race days, they are high maintenance which is why I prefer the rollers. I've got about a year of use on both cars with MIP Rollers and never had to replace an out drive when regularly lubing them with dry teflon bike chain lube. If you're not careful and let your plastic pucks wear out too much, then the metal screws will dig into the out drives and tear them up pretty quickly
