I've always run SMC batteries, they are great. I was getting the 5000 mah, 70C 2S packs and they only weighed in at 257 grams. I splurged and got his 6000 mah 100C Extreme Race pack in November, but it weighs 312 grams and I'm overweight now. Plus for some reason that battery has puffed. Danny says the Extreme Race were really packed in tight in the plastic case and they tend to puff some.

Anyway, fast forward to now and I decided to retire my 5000's and buy his new 5200 mah, 90C batteries and they only weigh 282 grams which just perfect for what I need. I have three packs and I couldn't be happier.

And to the poster that asked about what to do with the side that is not used for the 5mm inboard connectors, just put tape over that side, I use a clear packing tape. I also use nail polish and paint the PLUS sign red, just to make sure I don't hook up backwards.
