Also, when selecting springs and placement does anyone run stiffer springs in the rear of the car?....and what does that do for handling characteristics. Been running stiffer in front but I'm considering a change for the new car.

Thanks in advance,

Stiffer in the rear should help give more drive off the corner, whilst also giving a bit more steering. However, having said that, the only time I've ever used stiffer rears was when running Ride RE36 Blue tyres. (ran 2.6 Front, 2.7 rear).

I'm flicking between hard progressives, and 2.7's at the moment... normally ends up being track temperature dependent, where hotter tracks seem to prefer the progressives, and cooler linears. My thoery is that the progressives don't overload the tyre initially, so look after them better over a run. Whereas the linears are good to generate temp with colder track temps.
