I disconnected the two wires and hooked up the battery pack that came with the Tx.
Ones I let go of the bind button on the Rx and go to the bind button on the Tx, how long to I keep pushing? I have tried this several different ways. If I let go of the Tx button the led glows red and stops flashing. IF I keep pushing it the red light on the Rx flashes rapidly then stops then starts again over and over.

I have tried holding it for longer and shorter times and still no blue light.
