In order to achieve a better off-set for the drift set of wheels I had to use Integy hex adapters:

+18mm for the rear: http://www.integy.com/st_prod.html?p...w#.VRAVwo7F98E

+12mm for the front: http://www.integy.com/st_prod.html?p...w#.VRAWIY7F98E

The +12mm blue ones seem to be out of stock, but they might carry them in some other color if you don't mind.

Some shims are needed to adujst the gap from the axle bearing to the hex pin in the new adapters. I have used these:
