Don't know of any factory modified Sirio 5 ports, maybe it's modified by somebody else. BEWARE.
The only Sirio based engines that I now as factory modified are the Lamberto Collari engines, modified by his father Mauro Collari.

www.werksracing.com and as i speak they only had the regular Collaris 3 and 5 port, but were going to import the Mauro Collari modidfied versions.
