The Sanwa(Airtronics) does not have a booster. It is meant to be used with their receiver and servo, both of which will run on 1s.
I don't own one but I read the manual. It lists 1s or 2s lipo input and 6.0v 3 amp BEC, the only compatibility that is mentioned is with the SSL that allows changes and telemetry to be monitored from the radio will only work with an Airtronics/Sanwa receiver and radio system. A 94761 servo is rated for 4.8v or 6.0v, not 3.7 and as an example the JR 3650 is also rated for 4.8v or 6.0v. I'm just curious where you are getting your info from?
