If that were the case they wouldn't discontinue it now. They would wait and try to get out all the old stock kits they could.

The recent price slash and now discontinuing would suggest they are clearing space for a new product. Ie. You stop having your parts supplier producing the obsolete items and ramp up production new items. Unless you are leaving that market. With competitors releasing new buggies recently and the revitalization of 4wd buggy I would highly doubt AE is leaving the scene.

B5 is out and running now. B55 should follow. Then if they plan on redoing the sct's most likely that follows afterwards.
