Is anybody having trouble downloading the new software on their pc/laptop? When I start downloading it I get a notice from my Norton security saying "is not safe and has been removed". I had the same thing happen with my pc. when the Norton window pops up and tells you it deleted the v-link, there is an area to the right that you can click on to tell you more info. There you can tell Norton to disregard the v-link program and it should let you run it.
