I was running a Orion 1409 (200oz/0.10sec) and I never was short on power or speed. For the heck of it I recently put in a Protek 130ss (211oz/0.06sec) in my truck, and DAMN! Servo is incredibly quick and powerful. If I wanted to I could crank up the voltage to 7.4 volts with my Viper VTX8 and the specs at 7.4 volts are 260oz/0.05sec. Any servo that specs in the ballpark of any of the above would put a smile on your face.
7955TG is my go to for almost all vehicles, but they are expensive. I even have one running at 8v in my truggy prototype and it just plain works, not to mention being just crazy fast that that voltage.
That being said, I decided to go for something different on the SCT410, the protek 100s. Downside, it developed some slop very quickly in the servo itself (not sure if it's bearing or what). That being said, a little slop really will never hurt much. Upsides I think I bought it on sale for $40, I've beat on it hard for a few months, and it specs at 0.09/168oz. This is sufficient in my experience, but I race primarily medium traction (little higher bite if rained or hosed down). On a blue groove track, you might need something slightly different because you can REALLY feel there when a servo isn't cutting it.
