Bag A in the manual shows TKR5112 then a bunch of shims, then a bearing before going on to the spur gear. At least, that is what my printed manual shows.

Online, the current manual doesn't show this. I am wondering what changed on the vehicle so you don't have to use these shims. From that info, I can determine if I can remove the shims.
