Testing last night did not go well, bumper makes no difference but I had to try it.
Should I try orange fronts with reds in the rear? A couple experienced racers felt the suspension last night and both said it's to soft.
Current setup is a direct copy of Matt's setup with 45 losi oil up front and 42.5 losi rear with 8x1.3 k pistons.
WOW, Orange fronts are pretty stiff (4.9) I haven't seen anyone use higher then 4.2 spring rates for the front.
So far I've only ran two setups on mine and both felt great. I first ran box stock with Kyo Orange (4.0) Front and Kyo Yellow rears (2.9) and never had any issues with it, felt planted, I ran it that way for about 4-6wks
I'm currently running the "rcgod" setup and it feels just a tad better and at the 3-4 different tracks I race at, it's been pretty well planted and handled a wide variety of traction and jumps. That setups uses HB Grey (4.1) Fronts and Losi Green (3.1) Rears springs with Losi 32.5wt Front and 30wt Rear
