Mine did as well.

I built my 4.2 per the box setup. Only thing I did different was C towers and a shaved U brace. Ran the car for a half a lap brand new and pulled it off. No rear side bite on power and pushed like mad off power. I changed the shock positions and moved the rear hub and it was a different car. The next weekend I replaced the C towers with A's and left the shaved brace, no washers. Now, the only time the car lacks rear side bite is if the tires are gone or the track is dusty, dead dry and hard.
