I would love to see a larger redesign on this chassis. So much so that they should drop the SC10 4x4 name for a SC44 name!!!

Wants:
1) Aluminum plate chassis (you know like Losi, Rango, Rapture, Etc)
2) new diffs and trans case for shaft drive
3) Center diff or even sliperential with forward mounted motor
4) ability to run stick, shorty or saddle packs
5) space to mount larger 8th scale ESCs
6) Metric parts but stick with the common +3mm wheels as the 2wd
7) Stick with the same mounting holes for the body

You know if AE was smart they would build a new chassis that combines Short Course 4x4 and 8th scale electric in one chassis. Common drive train parts that can adapt to the width difference. Some parts from the SC10 4x4 are good and should be used for the a new design. They have a great car in the RC8.2 so why not leverage that design for a new SC44.

Sorry for my rant. Call me a Fanboy if you want but I am close to jumping ship again and decided to switch back to 2wd for now with a new SC10.2. I go back and forth so much it is frustrating. Love my RC8.2. Best car I have owned but I want to race 4x4 Short Course!!!
