Effectively. It's on some graded land that hasn't been developed on for nearly 5 years now.
It is dusty and fairly loose. It has a hard base, but the dirt still shifts around, particularly on the turns.
Sounds similar to where I run and the calibers are absolutely horrible on it. AKA Enduros in super soft have proven the best for me so far, though another bloke was getting AMAZING grip with proline badlands. Much better than I expected and a LOT LOT LOT LOT LOT better than calibers.
