a lot of good recommendations given already, I'll throw in Speed Passion as well. I run there GT 2.0 Pro ESCs in all my vehicles except the GT 2.1 Pro Stock I just got in for the B4 it looks like. Very robust, can be set for blinky mode and can even handle 4x4 SCTs with 4 pole motors.

There top of the line Reventon Pro ESC is like $117 right now on sale from them.
