Reading 1/4 of the threads is not very plausible since there are over 25,000 posts

I recently finished reading the rc8.2e thread front to back 260 pages. I will say it took a while but you can quickly tell if a post is going to have relevance in the first few words, only about half do. It was very interesting seeing the knowledge of the car evolve since the thread was started before its release. It went from the very first guy getting the first one in the mail and everyone asking for pics to later all the kinks being worked out and different setups and parts tested and recommended. You also learn alot about the people posting regularly, which comes in handy later on when deciding what advice to take since it often varies. I didn't plan on reading it but thought I'd skim thru before building my first e buggy. Within the first ten pages it was like a good book and I just kept going. The confidence I had when building and the money/time I saved by building it with right parts and bugs fixed the first time, was more than worth the time I spent reading. I will always do this with new vehicles in the future.
