Just got a worlds car and it doesn't have the supplement instruction page about installing the ballast weight under the rear shock tower. I put it in there but it seems to move around quite a bit when I am moving the car around. Is it supposed to be double taped down to keep it still?

Sorry for such a dumb question, I did a search and came up empty handed...
