Do you want to charge multiple packs at a time? If you do, take a look a the Hitech X2/X4 line. Pricy but worth it. Otherwise, take a look at the Duratrax Onyx 235 for a charger that offers good value for the money. If you can do without a digital display, you could save a few bucks with the Reedy 526 even. For real value, Associated is clearing out these LRP ones at a fantastic price but be warned that not all balance plugs will work with the included board and you may have to buy a different balance board for @$20 if yours don't. If you can do without a warranty or return policy, you can check the Chinese websites with "Hobby" in their names for something even cheaper.
