Losi is one of those trucks you can do it with.
People say they are giving up, how much time have they put into tuning and practice?
Flame on...
Well I've had mine well over a year, done all the mods on here and then some more, the truck drives fantastic, on rails, but at our outdoor loose tight track, we have a lot of off camber corners, and turns after jumps, the "other" trucks here just get the power down better, faster, harder, all pull away, pretty frustrating stuff, I race against national winning drivers, they had the truck when it came out and dumped it pretty fast, hardly guys I would call scrubs, whatever that means in your part of the world, but I think I get the idea. At our national champs out of over 25 trucks there where only 4 SC104x4s, only one made the main, ex national champ he was too, watching the mains it was not the driver who was outclassed, it was very clear it was the truck being beaten off jumps etc, I have stuck with mine trying to make it work, race day tomorrow with more diff mods, I will report back how it goes. If you look at my sig, you will see what I race, and I win with all the other cars, including on road.
