I'm indoor tight clay tho....
ah, here was my test. I didnt not have to constantly correct my steering to make it go straight on power. It didnt not feel like it was skidding around under power. I had more confidence that i could apply power and roll the dice as to the outcome. I am running on a loose outdoor track. I loosened the vts to nut flush, then tightened it to where I liked the feel. I have an indoor tight track here, but have not run on it yet. Since, I really dont enjoy going there, I mainly wanted to make it run on an outdoor track. I never really had that much of an issue on indoor high bite. But that is why people say AE inside and Losi outside. because the AE performs well indoors. Which is where most national races are held. Same was true back in the day with the xxx and the b3. XXX = blue groove beast. AE = outdoor. awesomeness.

For me it is all about confidence. I need to feel confident that the truck will do what I want it to. My goal is not 1st place. It is to drive a truck/car that does what I want it to. For a while this truck did nothing i wanted to. Didn't square up, jumped for crap, would not go straight and only cornered if you stayed on the gas. It is a lot better now thanks to the people on this thread. And I feel like i have done all i can to make this thing drivable. I consider my truck drivable, not the best thing since sliced bread. Like i said, I will get the fast guy to try my truck and get his feedback, but I am 99% sure, he will tell me to buy new tires. because that is what everyone always tells me.
