I have 2 rebuilds on mine and I haven't broken one yet. I did just replace the bolt and washer since the washer had groves in both sides.
The screw is breaking right at the bottom of the head. ThunderbirdJunkie's been going through a diff screw every race weekend or two...four have broken so far. It looks like there's a bubble underneath the head that developed during casting, presuming that's how these screws are made. He's been running AE cars for a long time and never had this happen, so it's probably just a bad run of them...but it sucks. Gonna try running the diff a bit looser, but ThunderbirdJunkie honestly doesn't believe this will help.
