Take off the left rear wheel, pull out the dog bone and and loosen the diff with a hex head a bit. This will help with your pushing issues. I had the same issue. Works like a champ now!

Replace them every rebuild or every other and you should be good. Make sure you buy both new bolt and washer.

I have 2 rebuilds on mine and I haven't broken one yet. I did just replace the bolt and washer since the washer had groves in both sides.

The most important thing I would say is your technique entering a corner. Are you just carrying momentum through the corner or are you trying to power through the corner? With 2wd buggys you really have to steer with the throttle, just tap the brakes just when you are entering the coner and you will most likely not push as much. Rolling through the corner will also give you more steering then getting back on the throttle after the corner instead of trying to stay on the throttle through the whole corner as most of the time you will never be able to do or less you want to ride the pipe!

One more tip take one of the washers out on the front ball studs (on the tower).

I would also double check your ride height and camber. As soon as you run one lap chances are everything has changed a little.

Default Diffs!

I highly recommend reading and following this closely, been building diffs just like this since the inception of the stealth transmission, Circa 1990!

i tend to like a little drag brake also, just enough to help get the car rotated in the corner, plus a little drag always help (me anyways)on getting the car to fly nice through the air.

Thanks for the replys guys , might try adding weight, it doesn't matter if I roll into the corner slow or fast just still pushes like a dump truck.

Take the thrust bearing apart and reinspect.
