I've attached my West Coast RC setup which works at almost any indoor track. On the front end, I also run #2, 30wt with 3 limiters and outside on the front arm. For this case, I liked the inside arm setup with 32.5wt. If you get too thick in front, it can throw off the balance in jump landings, so watch out.
I've found that with the AVID springs, you can run thicker oil that you couldn't run before with the kit springs, and the car still can manage the small bumps, but then it really helps the jumping/landing. AVIDs handle different than the Losi due do being thicker wire and more coils. In the rear I've tried GHEA #3 with 27.5, AE #2 with 32.5, and my current setup and all are very close in handling.
CVDs are noted in your setup. What's the case for them vs. CVA's?
