I originally made the dial-a-grips at +1mm because most everyone was running min. 1mm spacer anyway, and it gave additional material to make set screw pin lock have enough threads to reliably hold.
I would agree keeping the same gives more width options as well.

No the front wishbones are the same length as before. The track width will stay the same if you were previously running 2mm spacers on the front, as the new mounts are offset by 2mm.
If you were previously running 1mm spacers on the front, there is no way to make the 6.1 this narrow with the offset mounts, it will be 1mm wider. This is the downside of the new mounts, but for most users its far outweighed by them not moving every race.
