No, there are no plans for a new plastic. Making new plastics would require new molds, which are far from cheap!

What is the official line on warped A arms?

I have replaced three pair of them after they warped severely enough to bind on the hinge pins. Other than the first pair, my truck is always stored tires off and on a car stand, and since the second pair, additionally stored with the shocks removed from the vehicle.

In my case, my truck is ran exclusively at the track, and the arms are only good for about 3 race weekends, rotating them L/R every race day.
The hard questions are fine, I have no problem with that.

As for the arms, yes they bend. I've seen it happen and had it happen to myself. I haven't had it happen quite as bad as you though, but then again, I don't run nearly as much as you do! Originally I told guys to store their trucks off the tires, which is good for more than just the arms. However it seems like that didn't help. Do you mind sending me the arms so I can take them to our engineering department for them to look at? That way we can get a better idea of what's going on and how fix the issue.

Anything coming down the line to correct or extend the useable life span of the diffs?

O&S
There is a solution in the works, I am just not sure how long it will be. Hopefully quite soon!
