Ok so I'm doing a whole clean down of my car I took off my shocks to clean between there and I noticed that the shock oil was really dirty so I'm decided I'm going to change it...

I race it and nothing else the track is a medium bite track with a decent amount of big and small jumps... Anyways could you guys help me decided what weight of shock oil I should use to use with the stock springs?

Also I want to try and use what I have which is 30 and 45shock oil... Will either of those work or would I have to go buy new shock oil for waht I want to use it for?
