Sorry guy's, just a personal pet hate of mine, it bugs me when people get them mixed up and I'm in a weird mood this morning so don't take offence.
A MOTOR runs on electricity and an Internal Cobustion ENGINE runs on fuel.

.. but y get so fired up .. we call engines motors too .. dats why 1:1 scale cars are called motorcars too ... motor is a machine that converts other forms of energy into mechanical energy and so imparts motion .. it doesnt say it ONLY converts electrical enegry to mechanical ..
