A lipo's power is determined by two things. Voltage and amp-hours. The voltage for a 2s lipo is 8.4 when fully charged (4.2 per cell) and 12.4 for 3s. Amp hours is determined by mah of the battery...

I'd be up for that. I have a 1/16 mustang (99% similar to rally) and a MERV. Since traxxas 1/16 are so popular, I would almost like a general traxxas 1/16 class.

If adding converters just adds more resistance, I guess I'll have to get better a soldering or have my hobby shop do it. So just one last question- My esc draws a maximum of 588 amps at 8.4 volts....

Ok, so swaybars are good for onroad, but not really for off road. That's because if the front left wheel bounces up when you hit a bump, the front right wheel will bounce up too, causing your truck...

If you want the best bang for your buck on a 2wd brushed, get an ECX Torment 1/10. Costs about $170. Stock top speed is 18mph, but get some lipos or brushless setup and you have a real short course...
