When you assemble the diff take note if there is a slight gap between the two halfs. Mine had this gap and was a easy fix to just sand down the male side until you cant see light through them....

Fairly certain ive got it right. But ill take another peak. I just dropped out the 1mm spacer still feels a wee bit tight but its a new tight and will wear in pretty quick.

Im using the kit spur gear which is why I thought they would be fine but its very tight.

I also tried the flanged bearings and that doesn't bind so much yet it has the same gap for the plastic...

You would need to purchase some more, i brought some from spec R. The kit comes with only one per side. Your diff might be fine and the internal gears are inexpensive if they do have trouble.
