better get the aluminum propeller shaft as well if your changing your gearing the plastic one tends to wobble a lot on high speeds,,, don't forget the ball bearings too!!! goodluck!;)

i usually charge four at a time, gives them a better charge and less chances of false peaking and unequalized charge, charge them at a maximum of 1.5 amps,, you can't really rely on the peak fitures...
