I have a Jr-T. I built it new years ago, drove it 2-3 times and it ended up in a box. Recently found while cleaning up my garage, I'm willing to sell it.

If the diff was smooth before you put everything else together, you diff isn't the problem. My daughter is building the 22 5.0SR and she overthigtened the ball stud on one of her hubs and it locked...
