I think KMC and Rulux are identical, performance and offset. The Hazard Wheels are offset wider, but some aluminum hex adapters already add some offset. Wider is, of course, better for handling.

Your arm must have been manufactured incorrectly. Ordinarily the small button screw keeps the axle from sliding out, but it seams to be too far away to be effective. I'd say rig up a temporary fix...
