The fibre-lyte chassis is stiffer but will only allow the use of the cells down...

OK, i use long nose pliers to lever mine off if they get a bit stuck( be carefull not to strip the alloy), and if they are very tight , lever a flat head screwdriver and use a hammer to knock it off...

Lack of lubricant, Too tight, too loose , ? What grease are you using?

I use thrust washer between the diff spring and ball diff nut to space the diff nut from the diff hub.

When i was trying to turn one into a truck i dremmeled the bulkead so the arm could drop heaps...
