Can anyone tell me which cell is considered to be the first cell in a 3s lipo pack ?

Is it the cell with the positive lead exiting the pack, or the negative cell exiting the pack ?

I do remember reading that the HW 13T was a 380...

I do remember reading that the HW 13T was a 380 on the inside, in a 540 size case.
I believe HW also sells a 17.5 and a 21.5 motor and I believe these are actual 540's.
