Maybe they will update the RTR with 2.4 and brushless. Would be a good move even if the price had to come up like the others with those features.

Have to agree with above. The castle link has been great to "tweak" settings. I was even able to use the new torque control feature where you can fine tune the torque the motor puts out.

Castle had a recent update on the firmware for the sidewinder to help it with some airtronics radios.

You will need to have the castle link and then update the ESC...
