Had a similar problem. Turned out to be the BEC....

Had a similar problem. Turned out to be the BEC. Have someone hold it in the air and gun it with the wheels turned. If they straighten out at all, the servo isn't getting enough power from the BEC.

I hear the diffs are easily accessible somehow? Am I missing something? Seems I have to take it apart similar to a SCTE or what not, which isn't especially difficult, but not easy like my xb4 either....
