You should be able to use any brand spur gear in the Xray ball diff. Have used RW diff gears in the Xray ball diff in the past with no issues. It is the Xray spool/solid axle and the Xray gear diff...

Aluminum knuckles will make the car push. Are you using the "M" knuckle or the "H"? You want the H (Hard) for all conditions with rubber tires.

No doubt a gear diff up front would require some setup adjustments to make it work. 200K was just a shot in the dark based on what guys are doing with the NT1 and I wouldn't doubt we could get away...

With a Diff the car will steer in a lot better, but because of the potential of slipping, the Diff doesn't always help the car pull out of the corner, where a spool puts down all the power you apply....
