aren't there three setups in the manual? one...

aren't there three setups in the manual?
one for 2 diffs, one for one-way and one for foam?
I think the first one is for rubber (on asphalt), so I thought with stiffen up the spring I would get...

Or should there be stiffer springs instead of blue all around??

In my case, for tight/short track
