so, would the setup that is in the manual be good for carpet racing with rubber tires?
Or should there be stiffer springs instead of blue all around??

In my case, for tight/short track

the manual setup is for foam tires on carpet,... this would not translate very well to rubber tires becuase they are very different. from what i've seen the rubber tire carpet cars need softer setups much closer to rubber tire on asphalt setups. The big difference in traction between the two types of tires means that you have to setup the car to produce more traction in rubber tire, whereas there is so much traction in foam tires your almost trying to tune down the bite to prevent roll overs.

aren't there three setups in the manual?
one for 2 diffs, one for one-way and one for foam?
I think the first one is for rubber (on asphalt), so I thought with stiffen up the spring I would get there.
Gonna try copper in front and blue in the rear this saturday.
See what it gives.
