^ I agree. I ran the car with the blue springs and 112 rear shocks this weekend at Rev and it actually jumped quite a bit better than my serpent. I also ran the Ve8 with saddle pack configuration...

The tekno v4 will require the d8 front brace and d8 diff mounts (top mount also). Also, you will need a d8 48t spur.

best tip is to pickup one of the two great aftermarket chassis kits available for this car. Either the Tekno or the HHH. I have the tekno and it is great. I've had the HHH and it was great also.

Thumbs up I just finished up my tekno chassis conversion....

I just finished up my tekno chassis conversion. It is almost a direct replacement. You will need the standard D8 front chassis brace, as well as the center diff braces. I look forward to trying it...

anyone know how I can run the LRP spx8 in the ve8? The motor must spin in reverse rotation and aparently the SPX8 does not have reverse rotation.

Do I just flip the diffs?
