Excellent advice about starting in 2wd. I personally believe that 4wd 1/10 scale is far easier to drive but it does not teach you as many skills as a 2wd. Definitely start out in stock or super stock...

I would totally agree. Though it's not great for deep terrain outdoors, there is nothing better for a beginner that is easy to work on (IF it breaks) and a helluva lotta fun!!!
