Its just my opinion but i feel the AE pads are not as consistent as the stock pads. I had a harder time getting the AE pads to feel just right.

Yup, me too. Same 69 RW spur for four months, with a 13.5, and then 17.5. No issues still looks fresh. As a matter of fact, I am still running the original ball diff. Still smooth.

The 17.5 guys you are driving with most likely have the boost, turbo, and timing cranked up on their esc. That and taller gearing could easily put them in 13.5 territory. You could always do the same...

Any chance you were running Avid or some other third party springs? I had the same thing happen when i run Avids. Spring brand had a big effect on how my buggy handled jumps.

Id look at the manual for each car the hubs apply to and see what size bearings they are using. I suspect the size is standard, and as you know the 210 is metric.
