That is exactly how mine looks (yes ears are trimmed). The wires out the top are what is pushing the body up. Even though it would work it looks kinda goofy and is a pain to put the body on.

I actually painted up a body on my old F103 in the Camel theme... it was probably on the wrong type of body though.

There is someone that has made custom paintmasks for several guys at the track. Reasonably priced also... I know Bernie did it for his VTA car. Talk to Bernie.... yourr F1 plan may still work. ...
