Sure you can, just load Windows XP or 7 in a virtual machine (use VMware's VMFusion or Parallels VM software for MAC) and load the Tekin software on the Windows VM!

Sure you will get more runtime with a battery that big, but the handling will be shot since the truck will be way out of balance.

Just a thought if you are racing....If not racing then feel free!:D

I run a converted ST-RR. I use a 46T center spur. I think stock is a 50T.
4S with a 1700 Truggy motor. 16 or 17 tooth pinion depending on track.

With the 50T spur you would want a 19 or 20...

Remember fellas when you are talking about what pinion you are running, the internal gearing of not all buggies/truggies is not the same.

Some models require 2-3 teeth more/less than others to be...

Motor and ESC temps

Raced yesterday in 103 degree Texas heat.

4s / 1900 kv motor in Kyosho buggy. The track surface temp was 120+!

After a 10 min Main the motor was 171 and the RX8 was 150.

Good temps to me in...

I left Spektrum a long time ago because of static issues running TC on carpet. Cap helped, but did not solve the problem completely.

I'm too am waiting on an RA# - RX8 died on Sat. night (4th pack thru it - 1-3-5 lights - 4 hole case)

I'm reluctant to buy another RX8 for backup since it may be an older one that has been sitting...
