stabiliser setting, shock angles, roll centres, front caster change.
Make sure you run at least 1.5mm smaller diameter front tyres.
sure there will be more suggestions...

Have you been running the front tyres around 2mm smaller than the rears? Also if running a soft shore rear tyre it will wear faster.

always start with the front tyres 1mm to 1.5mm smaller than the rears.
Alternative or in addition is to change the front side pulley to get some overdrive

The tune pip that comes with the RTR has spacers...

The tune pip that comes with the RTR has spacers to lengthen or shorten the pipe. Add more spacers for a little more bottom end.
Also put a little harder clutch springs and or ally clutch shoes....

You can then run the front tyres 1mm - 1.5mm smaller to balance out the wear.

The thicker diff oil in the rear will act like a solid axle, try 3000wt or 5000wt.
Also try a stiffer roll bar setting and then lower the rear roll centre by taking out a spacer or two on the rear...
