a stock motor arm can not be altered in any way from its original state.. the fuzzy requires soldering on the arm.. this is not legal.. no solder is allowed on a stock arm...

for stock motors no.. the fuzzy kit is only recomended for mod...as soo as you do it, the motor is ilegall... in mod it is still legal

just make sure you do a whole maintinance check on it...
