40 in the rear with red springs seems really soft.. maybe 60 all around would be a tad better for a bumpy track while still keeping reds in the rear..

Check that the transmission is spinning freely...

Check that the transmission is spinning freely and that the suspension moves without binding also.. check also that your tires are properly glued to the rims, re oil bushings, let motor cool..

Most likely too much body roll.

Assuming you have the right tires, put harder springs all around, thicker oil and add a roll bar on front to start with.. that should really help

Tech racing is not tamiya original parts so on theory you re not legal.(although that can be debated at great length).

However, you could maybe see if there is an identical part in the tamiya...
