ok. i'll try it. i might get a low profile dervo, cause i need a new one anyway. i think the gear where the servo horn mounts on is higher than most. so, i think i'll get the futaba S9550.

i added one drive shim on each side on top of the bearings so the rack would sit lower and not have as much slop. i think it's pretty good now. do you think i should add one more to each side?

i have the team kit and the factory team kit tc4...

i have the team kit and the factory team kit tc4 and haven't had the problem with the lightened steel outdrives. the cvd rips out of the plastic ones even if i use a stock motor. they also melt.
