Does anyone know how to rotate the high speed...

Does anyone know how to rotate the high speed needle brass housing on a novarossi carb ? (the housing, not the needle)
I want to rotate it so it's alinging with the carb opening. Thanks....

As Manticore mentioned, changing the diff oil along may not fix the problem, there are other factors. However, it's worth to tackle
the possible causes one at a time.

Both of them will be drawing current from the same source
and connected by one belt, so they will counter-balance each other.
